Still Standing | 5 Minute Mid Shift Reset for Nurses

Five minutes. No mat. No change of clothes. Just a little breath and movement to help you reset in the middle of a demanding shift. I filmed this practice in the middle of the night, between emergency cases, when I was tired but still needed to be alert, focused, and ready for whatever came next. This gentle standing flow combines intentional breathing, side-body stretches, easy movement, and half sun salutations to help you step out of your head, reconnect with your body, and find a little more energy without adding more stress, or coffee. Use it during a break, between cases, or anytime you need a moment to come back to yourself. You’re always one breath, one moment, one pose away from a little more balance.
