15-Minute Calm in the Storm | Acupressure, Breathwork + Chandra Namaskar

Sometimes the storm is outside of us. Sometimes it’s inside.

I first used this practice during the Harvest Moon, which arrived in the middle of a storm. It felt like a pretty perfect reminder: we can’t always change what’s happening around us, or even immediately quiet everything happening within us, but we’re often only a few intentional moments away from a little more calm.

In this short practice, we’ll move through Yin Tang acupressure, Nadi Shodhana (alternate-nostril breathing), and two gentle rounds of Chandra Namaskar, or Moon Salutations.

It’s a simple progression from stillness to breath to movement, about 15 minutes to interrupt the noise, reconnect with your body, and create a little space between you and the storm.

No full moon required. 🌙

Come exactly as you are.
