20-Minute Evening Wind Down | Gentle Yoga to Move, Release & Restore
Some evenings we have energy to release.
Other evenings, we’ve barely moved all day and simply want to feel a little better in our bodies.
This 20-minute evening yoga practice offers a little of both. We’ll begin with gentle spinal movement and stretches, gradually build into a flowing standing sequence, and then make our way back to the mat for supported bridge, gentle hip release, and Savasana.
It’s an opportunity to move without pushing, stretch without forcing, and gradually transition from the activity of the day into a quieter evening.
Whether you’re coming home from a long shift, winding down after a busy day, or simply looking to add some intentional movement to a slower day, this practice is here for you.
There is no expectation to arrive feeling a certain way. We come to the mat however we are, and we always get what we need.
You’ll need: A yoga mat and an optional block or bolster for supported bridge.
